Although the urn has a specific shape, its hand-sanding process, wood density, grain, and color vary even within the same species, making each urn unique; the photos are a reference of what the final product will look like, they are not of the urn we will send you.
Once you place an order, we will send you photos of your urnso you can feel confident in your choice and approve it before shipping, we invite you to keep an eye on our communication.
Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. This processing time depends on the approval of the photos of your urn and any custom engraving you request.

- We understand that unexpected costs can be frustrating. While customs and import taxes are determined by each country and outside our control, we recommend checking local regulations to avoid surprises.
- DHL offers an extra service to help with customs and import taxes (if needed). The process is simple and usually finished before your package arrives.
- Although delays in shipping are very rare, please consider allowing plenty of time if you need the urn for a ceremony, this is beyond our control and may be due to unforeseen weather or customs process.
