  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping

  • We ship internationally from Nicaragua (Central America) through DHL Express.
  • A phone number and e-mail are required by the courier to complete your order.
  • DHL Express does not ship to PO Box.

  • ⁠DHL Express offers an additional service to help with customs and import taxes (if needed). The process is simple and usually completed before your package arrives.

Estimated shipping times by zone:
America: 2-3 business days + customs if applicable.
Europe: 3-6 business days + customs if applicable.
Asia: 5-10 business days + customs if applicable.
Australia: 6-10 business days + customs if applicable.
Africa: 6-10 business days + customs if applicable.
